Your child will gradually pick up the basics of cycling – mounting the bike, pushing off, balancing, steering, and braking – building confidence and momentum every step of the way. Balance bikes are a fun way for your child to pick up the core skills they need to ride a bike – balance and coordination. Training wheels have the opposite effect.
