10/10 – If I could give more stars, I would! I went in today to get my 2yo son his first bicycle not knowing what to expect. John and D at the shop were so knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the parts of the bike in detail. It was obvious that they really care about their customers. They even showed my son how to ride it. We left the store with a big grin on my son’s face. Thank you for such a wonderful experience as we bought his first bike! Most definitely recommend going to Pro Bikes Texas for all of your bike needs!

I and my cycling do not fall into ProBikes specialty. I am in my eighties and ride my commuter bike that has been converted into a tricycle. I have received excellent service from ProBikes. John did a spectacular job correcting my errors in the conversion and tuning it up. I now enjoy comfortable exercise rides on my 14 speed tricycle.

John helped me make a decision on new tires by explaining the pros and cons of the various choices available and sharing experiences with the tires of riders that he and I knew that were using them. So, I got excellent service today, as usual!

I have been going to Probikes for about 2 years now and it is always a pleasure going here to hangout with these guys and Nataly. I have taken my bikes over to have service performed and it has always been top notch service. I also recently had them do a ground up custom build bike, this machine came out perfect! Known the guys for some time now. They take excellent care of my bike even though it’s just a street one, they take care of what’s wrong, and not try and do additional work or over sell me on things I don’t need. They are awesome!

Great service..: needed minor work and tune ups on our old bikes. Really good work and done by finding economical ways to get secondary bike back in shape. John was great on offering options and recommendations to help keep it affordableHighly recommend getting your bicycles serviced there.

My body took a beating from my cancer treatments, the chemicals and the sedentary nature of it all rendered me weak and over weight. My chiropractor advised me to get an E trike to help rebuild my strength and confidence. After reading the reviews online I decided to give Pro Bikes a call. I was thrilled that my call was answered by Frederico because so many others had commented on how wonderful he was with them. It took courage on my part because I needed to tell him my weight- buying just can’t bike was not going to work for me. Frederico was so kind. He never once made me feel awkward. He researched and found the very best bike for me. I am now able to ride three miles a day and my weight is going down. Thank you Frederico, you are a prince among men!

John and Federico do a great job and always make you feel welcome. Worked on my bike twice and soon as I break it again I’ll be back.

Federico did an amazing job fixing my Fox shock after it started leaking right before the Austin Rattler race. He got it serviced quickly, and since then it’s been working perfectly with no signs of leaking. Excellent service, thank you so much!
