I’ve know John for a while now, knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Dropped my fork off for a rebuild on a Friday morning and received a txt saying it would be done that afternoon and that i could pick it up Monday. Above and beyond in all that John does. Just had pro bikes redo/rebuild my fox 36 fork. It is so buttery smooth! Just went and did Nebo and some other trails in Arkansas with the rebuilt fork and it was absolutely awesome! Thanks to the crew at pro bikes!

The service was great! Even though I showed yup 10 minutes before closing, the owner was very patient, detailed and thorough diagnosing my issue and took his time making the repair. He went above and beyond by calibrating my breaks and making sure everything was working properly (At No Extra Charge) before he ringing me up and sending me on my way. I’m a customer for life!

I needed an emergency derailleur adjustment before a bike trip to Bentonville, and John Procter squeezed me in on a Friday afternoon. He diagnosed a problem with a bent derailleur hanger that kept me from being able to adjust derailleur myself. He then basically gave me a lesson in adjusting SRAM derailleurs, which was very helpful. Best bike shop in town!

Pro Bikes went the extra mile to help get the right product for my bike. John’s research proved to be correct and saved me from making an extra trip! 😊
