Kickoff in Tyler: The 2026 TMBRA XC Series is Underway!
The wait is finally over. The 2026 TMBRA XC Mountain Bike State Championship Series officially kicked off this past weekend, and ProBikesTexas was on the ground in Tyler to take in every bit of the action at the Rose City XC opener.
Fresh Trails, Better Vibes
First, we have to give a massive shoutout to the Rose City Cycling crew. Word around the pits last fall was that the venue was top-tier, but they managed to level it up even further for the spring series. The course conditions were prime, the organization was seamless, and the atmosphere was electric. It’s venues like this that make the Texas XC circuit so special.
PBTX Team Highlights
The ProBikesTexas jerseys were out in full force, and the results followed! We are incredibly proud of our riders who left it all out on the dirt:
Duane Wilkins: Secured a massive 2nd Place finish in Cat 3 Men’s 40-49.
William Fisher: Followed closely behind with a strong 4th Place in the same competitive Cat 3 field.
Seeing our riders push their limits and land on the podium this early in the season is a testament to all the off-season miles they put in.

Community Spirit: Blue Agave Racing
Racing is about competition, but it’s also about the community. A huge congratulations to our friends at Blue Agave Racing. Their riders were absolutely crushing the climbs and descents all weekend, securing several well-earned podium spots.

This was a dream start to the Texas XC State Championship Series. We’ve got the momentum, the bikes are dialed, and the team is hungry for more.
