The Spearfish C DLX frameset is our endurance XC mountain bike frame designed for going the distance as efficiently as possible. Our new Deluxe carbon fiber construction shaves more than 250 grams off our standard carbon without a penalty in stiffness, durability, or ride quality. Spearfish’s stiffness is complemented by 120mm of Split Pivot rear suspension travel that’s optimized for both pedaling and braking performance.

Salsa has done it! They have built one of the best looking, full suspension XC bikes ever! The DLX frame with dark green carbon fibers under a clear finish is gorgeous. It's a very high-end frame with controlled layup and wall thickness similar to Yeti Turq and Santa Cruz CC. The VPP full suspension frame design helps this bike perform better than trendy "flex-stay" XC bikes with only a small weight penalty. The VPP provides plush wheel travel that doesn't bob or pogo on the climbs. When you put the power down it just goes - very efficient! Pro Bikes recommends a frame only.
