My body took a beating from my cancer treatments, the chemicals and the sedentary nature of it all rendered me weak and over weight. My chiropractor advised me to get an E trike to help rebuild my strength and confidence. After reading the reviews online I decided to give Pro Bikes a call. I was thrilled that my call was answered by Frederico because so many others had commented on how wonderful he was with them. It took courage on my part because I needed to tell him my weight- buying just can’t bike was not going to work for me. Frederico was so kind. He never once made me feel awkward. He researched and found the very best bike for me. I am now able to ride three miles a day and my weight is going down. Thank you Frederico, you are a prince among men!

John and Federico do a great job and always make you feel welcome. Worked on my bike twice and soon as I break it again I’ll be back.

Federico did an amazing job fixing my Fox shock after it started leaking right before the Austin Rattler race. He got it serviced quickly, and since then it’s been working perfectly with no signs of leaking. Excellent service, thank you so much!

Knowledgeable and warm reasonable prices good work

Earned 5 stars easily. The team here not only took the time to look over my bikes with me they explained and showed what was needed and why. After getting my bike back it rides like it’s brand new. Could not be happier.

Excellent, attentive service. This was my first experience with a bike repair & so thankful it was with Pro Bikes Texas! Not only was Federico so helpful. He found a problem, I wasn’t aware of, with my bike. And he let me know all the details about it, plus that I could go without getting that expensive repair done & how to continue riding my bike with no problems. I’m getting all my future bike care completed at Pro Bikes Texas.

I brought my bike in for a tune up for the first time since I purchased it 12 years ago! It certainly need some care and John and Frederico did an amazing job. I can feel such a difference when I’m riding it. They really did a nice job and I appreciate the time they took to explain everything to me. Thank you guys!

The only shop I trust with my bikes

John and Federico are awesome. Very friendly and professional. My bike always feels better than new after a visit to the “spa”. Also, if you need to tune/maintain your suspension, John is the suspension-whisperer. I definitely recommend them.

Had some work done on an old bike we hadn’t used and Federico brought it back to life. Fair pricing and quality work. Explained the issues thoroughly and what needed to be done. Will be using this shop for any future bicycle repairs. Thanks again!
