pretty frustrated at all the local bike shops that went corporate , I fortunately stumbled on Texas Pro Bikes recently. I have a complex, heavy duty eBike thats uniquely constructed And they handled my repair with skill , speed and economy. Federico was very attentive and knowledgeable.

Walking into Pro Bikes Texas feels like walking into the bar in Cheers — everyone greets you with a genuine smile and a warm welcome. And if you’re lucky, you’ll be met by Bennie, whose big brown eyes and wagging tail say “Welcome” better than words ever could. You’re truly listened to, and your bike is checked in quickly. Throughout the process, you get text or phone updates explaining what’s been found and asking what you want done — no surprises, just great communication. When it’s time to pick up, John takes the time to walk you through everything that was done, often throwing in a few kind words about your ride. The prices are fair, the work is meticulous, and the service is consistently top-notch. This is why I keep coming back.

10/10 experience. The owner was so so quick to help me out and even gave me a quick tour of other bikes to explore my options! Will happily come here again to buy bikes for my family members!
